Due to the nature of this course, we have a NO refund policy for the 120 Hour Training Program, the 20 Hour CNA Exam Preparation Course, or the 2 to 4-hour review/refresher course. If you cannot attend, you will be credited for a future course.(Required)

Rescheduling, Cancelation & Refund Policy

CNA Rescheduling

CNA 20 Hour Exam Prep Training Class Rescheduling Policy

NO FEE for requests made within 48 hours prior to a scheduled class.
$50 FEE for requests made within 24 hours prior to a scheduled class.
$75 FEE for requests made the same day of a scheduled class or for NO-SHOWS who want to reschedule after their scheduled class.

CNA 120 Hour Certification Class Rescheduling Policy

NO FEE for requests made more than 1 week prior to the scheduled class.
$100 FEE for requests made within 1 week prior to the scheduled class.
$250 FEE for requests made the same day of a scheduled class or for NO-SHOWS who want to reschedule after their scheduled class.

Live Scan Rescheduling

Live Scan appointments can be rescheduled at any time at no charge. We will work with you to accommodate you to our next available time available.

Cancelations and Refunds

There are no refunds for any CNA class
